Buyers who choose to pick up their winnings may pay by cash or check on pick up day. Please also call ahead if you're sending someone else to pick up your items for you. If your invoice's shipping address suggests that your winnings will be shipped, you only need to contact us if you are going to pick up instead. Otherwise we will charge your credit card on file the day the item ships for the items won. After packing and shipping costs are determined, your credit card will be charged a second time and your items will be sent out. Bad checks and bad credit/debit cards waste everyone's time. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account and that your credit card information is current. We may charge a fee of up to $50 for bad checks or credit/debit cards, with the fee being commensurate to the collection efforts. A Bidder who chooses not to cooperate in resolving a nonpayment issue will be turned over to Proxibid and may ultimately be banned from the entire Proxibid system. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card chargebacks and will contact Rowland Thomas & Co. directly with any dispute or claim. Rowland Thomas & Co. will refund Bidder for any claim that Rowland Thomas & Co. deems legitimate. We value our Buyers and treat them fairly.
