Shipping Instructions: BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PACKING / SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND COSTS. Please consider where you are located when you calculate in the shipping expense. The buyer may pick up and or have a third party shipper, freighter or local mover. Oversize shipping can be very expensive, so please take that into account when bidding. No refunds will be issued for failure to arrange shipping or misjudgment of shipping costs or abandoned items. If sending a Freight Company or third party to pick up, a bill of lading MUST be E-mailed to USAuctions.cc@gmail.com or must accompany the driver at the time of pick up. Do not list USAuctions as shipper. The BOL must also mention the purchaser as well as the items they are authorized to pick up. (All items must be picked up by the 26th as we need to turn in the keys to the homeowner). If it is not picked up by then you will lose it, and we will donate it to a local charity.
Preview Date & Times: On Site Preview: Monday 17 February 2020 from 11 am to 3 pm. Due to another auction closing over the weekend we need to set preview for the following Monday. Sorry for the delay.
Checkout Date & Times: Auction begins ending Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at 3 pm Pacific and will close 9 pm. Invoices will be sent out following the auction and payments will be Wednesday 19 February 2020, so please verify your credit cards on file. Pls be ready.

Special Terms

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. You are also agreeing on a no charge back policy. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item they purchase. USAuctions is providing Internet bidding as a service. We have personally checked condition of each item and if there was an issue we noted it. Every box was inspected for damage. Please Note: that we are a small auction service and I've noticed that shipping has now started to become a problem. Please check the zones from which your requesting shipping. I have provided 2 email addresses for persons who work with us on occasion and are willing to ship at an extremely fare rate. You will need to of course pay for boxes and shipping material. You will also have to Email them direct for arrangements. Please allow at least a week to 10 days for shipping as there are over 500 lots. They will pick up and pack then call you direct for shipping payment. Since some of these items are very fragile I would recommend insurance as well. Also, they use Pal Pal. If you cannot use PayPal then they will contact me to reach out to you for your credit card payment. Credit Card processing on the Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Pick up for the local community will be Thursday and Friday, February 20 and 21st from 11 am to 5 pm. All shipping items must be out of the home by the end of day on the 26th. (The following Wednesday).
