If you would like tracking information, please wait at least 10 days before emailing to us. If we undercharge you by more than $5 or overcharge you by more than $5 for shipping, we reserve the right to add or subtract that amount from one of your future purchases with us.

All payments are due within 72 hours of the completion of the auction event. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property.
