Auction Terms & Conditions Terms of Auction: Seller will pay any outstanding liens on property and property taxes to the date of closing. Buyer(s) will pay all other closing costs including, but not limited to, attorney fees, for preparation of deed, for recording stamps on the deed, or any other purchasers mortgages, survey if required and other normal closing costs. A twelve percent (12%) buyer’s fee will be added to the final bid price to arrive at the contract sales price once the high bid is accepted by the seller.
