Online Only Auctions, Items may be picked up Tuesday through Friday following the auction at our Fusion Mall Store from 12:00-5:00 PM. Because of recent current events, we will have your items ready and will bring them out to your vehicle. Please pick-up items as soon as possible because we need the space to set up for the next auction. If additional time is needed please call us at 318-828-2915 to make arrangements. Items from the online auctions that end on Sunday MUST be picked up by the Friday following the auction or they will be forfeited. A $5.00 per day storage fee will be charged for any items held over 5 business days. Normal shipping is within 3-7 business days following the auction. We do our own in-house shipping & will combine any items possible to save you money. However, furniture & large items may require other services that we do not provide but we will help make arrangements for these purchases and deliver to local carriers at no additional charge to you. We will help you make the arrangements for the large items. Auctioneer and company makes no guarantee to the authenticity of any of the items in this auction. We only state information that has been given to us by the consignors or family that have consigned the items. It is the bidders responsibility to make their decisions based on what they see for themselves. There are no refunds or returns for any reason! COIN AUCTIONS: All items in our Numismatic auctions are guaranteed to be as stated in the description. We will accept returns on any items that is not as stated in the description. Shipping / Packaging is done on the Monday following the auction and will be shipped on Tuesday following the auction or withing 2 business days after the auction. FIREARMS AUCTIONS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of fire arms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State and Local laws. An agent is on the premises for these sales to conduct any and all background checks in the event that a fire arm is awarded. A $10 fee will be charged for this service on site on the first fire arm and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional fire arms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online as well for processing. Any fire arms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage or new) will be shipped by our licensed agent and must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner posses his own FFL license it may be shipped directly to him/her. (normally hand guns are around $20-$30 ~ rifles & long guns are around $40-$50 but depending on weight this could be a little lower or higher) A shipping charge will be assessed by our licensed agent for shipping on a different credit card transaction. This includes all packaging, boxing, labeling, insurance and processing. Any person bidding on fire arms agree to all of the above prior to bidding and must know the laws of their own state guidelines. The auction company will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction and normal shipping is within 5-7 business days following the auction. While we cannot provide shipping for the larger furniture items, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for it. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and packing costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier, bidder to pay associated costs to that entity. Our first priority is to deliver your purchases in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Insurance is required for any and all purchases. Insurance is assessed at $1.00 per hundred with a $1.00 minimum insurance cost. Please contact the auction house for the preferred shipper’s contact information for furniture and large items. Your purchases must be removed within 5 days of the auction. Items not removed within this time period will be sold for storage charges or you will be charged a daily fee of $5.00 per day for storage of any items that are not picked up within 5 days following the auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against AUCTIONS UNLIMITED or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. In order to have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday prior to the auction.
