Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Seifert Realty and Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. 5. Earnest money MUST be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction. Payment shall be made in cash or personal check or by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If a check accepted by Seifert Realty and Auctions is returned for any reason bidder agrees that Seifert Realty and Auctions may re-present it in person or electronically and collect the amount of the check as well as the highest service charges and fees allowed under Minnesota law. Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay any and all applicable taxes. Bidder agrees to indemnify Seifert Realty and Auctions against any claim if sales tax is not collected on Bidders purchases. Bidder agrees to not stop payment on any check paid to Seifert Realty and Auctions. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. 6. The successful bidder will be required to sign a standard Minnesota Realty Association purchase agreement with earnest money of $7,500.00. Earnest money can be cash, personal or business check payable to the Seifert Realty Trust Account. Earnest money will be nonrefundable, refunded only if sellers fail to close. Balance will be due at closing in approximately 30 days, more or less. The final bid will be subject to the sellers confirmation. Clear and marketable title will be furnished at closing.
