No reserve timed online only court ordered equipment auction. The following 5 items are located northwest of Rushville, IL or southwest of Littleton, IL in Schuyler County. All items are currently non running and sell “as is”. Anyone wanting to view the equipment can contact Joe Sullivan at (217) 242-9287 for an appointment.

THE LAND OWNER HAS BEEN EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. THAT LAND OWNER WANTS TO KNOW WHEN PEOPLE WILL BE ON HIS FARM PICKING UP THE ITEMS. NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO REMOVE ANY ITEM UNTIL JOE SULLIVAN AND THE LAND OWNER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. The tractor, grain truck and skidsteer can easily be accessed and removed within a timely manner after the auction. The Cat dozer and Volvo trackhoe can only be accessed by crossing a tillable field and with the fast approaching planting season upon us the buyer of these 2 items will be given approximately 1 week to be removed. The current tenant has been very helpful. If the new buyer of these 2 items does not have them removed before the crop is planted, these 2 items will then need to be removed after the crop has been harvested in the fall.
