PROPERTY-SPECIFIC TERMS OF SALE: Terms of Sale: The Appenzeller farm will be sold in two tracts, using the “buyer’s choice” method of sale. The highest bidder will be given the opportunity to select one or both tracts for purchase. Should they only select one, an additional round of bidding will take place for the remaining tract. Both tracts are being sold “as-is”. The sale of these properties are being made with no financing, appraisal, or inspection contingencies, and are being sold “as-is”, with no warranties or guarantees.
