The buyer agrees that a contract is formed with the seller and VanDerBrink Auctions LLC is acting as an agent of the seller. In the event that the seller has a reserve, VanDerBrink Auctions or staff has the right to bid for the seller up to the reserve. In the event a bidding dispute would arise, determination is by the auctioneer on the stand. The auctioneers bid will be recognized. VanDerBrink Auctions LLC has the right to reject any bid in person or online for any reason or believed not in good faith. VanDerBrink Auctions LLC has the right to remove a lot from sale in the event of discrepancy and or before a bid is a accepted. Each lot is treated as a seperate lot. If arrangements have not been made with seller or auctioneer, lots not removed within 30 days from date of sale will be considered abandoned and money paid is forfeited. The lot will then revert back to the seller/owner and or sold.
