Payment Instructions: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & Wire Transfers. No checks accepted. All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed a 13% buyer’s premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus buyer’s premium and item handling fee immediately following the auction.

Shipping Instructions: All packing, shipping, handling, & insurance costs to be paid by the buyer. Shipping is done by The UPS Store at 349-L Copperfield Blvd, Concord, NC 28025. Contact Gary or Glenda at 704-795-1100 by 6/12/20 to pay shipping costs. UPS ships items up to 150 lbs in weight. Items over 150 lbs are shipped by the UPS store using carriers specializing in shipping oversized items. HANDLING FEE: We charge a small handling fee to cover our expense of handling & transporting your items to the UPS store. Fees: 1-4 items the handling fee is $5.00, 5 or more items the handling fee is $3.00.

1. All items are sold "AS-IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. The accepted bid is a contract and is legally binding. All sales are final. 2. The credit card used at the time of registration will be charged for the total of your purchases, along with a 13% buyers premium and handling fees. Failure to pay for your purchases will result in legal action and you will be barred from future bidding. 3. SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Items can be picked up locally or shipped by The UPS Store to your location. We will transport all items to be shipped to The UPS Store by June 11, 2020. BUYERS SHOULD CONTACT THE UPS STORE DIRECTLY TO PAY FOR THEIR SHIPPING AT 704-795-1100 (ASK FOR GARY OR GLENDA). All items not claimed 30 days after the auction date will become the property of the auction company and will be resold at a later date.
