Most items are on our yard in Lonoke, AR but some are located across the US. We ask for everyone to attend online. Buyers Premium: Tiered - There will be 13% Buyers Premium charged on the first $2,000 of each item and only 5% Buyers Premium charged on the remaining balance of each item Sales Tax: 7.5% - This will be added to all purchases unless you provide proper tax exempt documentation. Email tax exempt documentation to accounting@blackmonauctions.com. Trucks, Pickups, Trailers and other titled items Will NOT be charged tax. Payment Options: We prefer WIRE TRANSFER. East of Little Rock on I-40 take Exit #169 and go south one mile on Remington Road. Open Mon-Fri, 8-5 (CLOSED on WEEKENDS). We have loading docks and forklifts. Please provide these pick up instructions as well as your invoice to whoever will be picking up your items (Especially Brokers). Drivers will be not be allowed to pick up without your invoice. Please make a valiant effort to pick up all items within two weeks of the auction. Know that there may be certain underlying issues that we are not aware of and that you are bidding and buying these items with that in mind. If we find that anything is wrong WE WILL TELL YOU.
