For onsite preview we ask that you wear a mask and we'll provide hand sanitizer and wipes. Everything is sold to the highest bidder with a 20% buyers premium added to the final bid price and 7% Florida sales tax, Florida State tax exempt certificates or out of state affidavits must be completed prior to payment. Everything is sold 'as is, where is' with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely on their own inspection and information. Bidders are strongly encouraged to come and inspect Items during preview hours prior to placing bids. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for the items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. All sales are final.
