An in-house premium of 15 percent (3% cash discount) of the successful bid price will be added to the bid prices and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. The live, timed auction will begin on Saturday, July 18th at 2:00pm Pacific. If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. You will receive a call the next day and we will take your payment over the phone. -Additionally, online purchasers are responsible for all shipping and transport charges, if they chose not to pick their item up in person. -If you live within the Portland/Salem metro area, we assume you wish to pick up your items. Pickups are available by appointment. Purchases need to be picked up within 14 days. If you will be on vacation or out of town, and our time frame won’t work with your schedule, please call to arrange pick up. We appreciate your support and can be flexible with time frames. If you live outside of the local area we will ship your items to you. Your credit card will automatically be charged for shipping once the actual costs have been calculated. Shipping is handled by the Newberg Mail Room -- please call them directly at 503-538-5555 with any shipping-related questions. Shipping is only provided for smaller items -- not furniture, especially heavy, or over-sized items; buyers must make their own freight arrangements for these items. -All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied. -There is no charge for Registration, but Nest Egg Auction requires a valid driver's license, and agreement to all Terms & Conditions. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof. -By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone. -Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser. -The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by texting or calling (503)991-0256/(503)383-8429.
