Items must be picked up on Monday, July 13th from 11-2 at 502 O'Neal Street, Belton, SC. Please bring boxes, packing supplies, and help to load. An alternate pickup time can be discussed under extenuating circumstances, just give us a call. Items that are left after 1 week will be forfeited. A 15% buyers premium will be added to every purchase. If notified ahead of time and cash is paid at pickup, a 3% discount will be applied. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No warranties or guarantees on items. We try to photograph or note defects found. However, some items could not be tested for functionality prior to the auction. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect or ask questions of any items prior to sale. Blue Dog Treasures is not responsible for omissions or errors in the descriptions of any items. Blue Dog Treasures is also not responsible for internet or website connection issues the prevent bidding. Leave a pre-bid just to be on the safe side if internet issues are a problem. Blue Dog Treasures may also add or remove items throughout the auction. Invoices will be charged to credit card on file immediately following auction. If your credit card fails to process after 3 times, your items are forfeited and Proxibid will be notified. Please make sure your card is up to date. No chargebacks allowed.
