No cash will be kept on site. Shipping Instructions: All items to be shipped, with the exception of firearms, will sent by The UPS Store #3018, 2801 Wade Hampton Blvd, Taylors SC. The UPS Store will charge for packing and shipping of items and they do not ship or store furniture. Shipping costs and all other fees charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you have a shipment, please contact the UPS store within 24 hrs of the end of the auction.
Preview Date & Times: Preview will not be available for this auction.
Checkout Date & Times: Pickup is Saturday, July 18 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Use 100 Still Water Bay, Salem SC, 29676 as address for Mapquest and Google maps. This will bring you to the South Gate at Keowee Key where you will use address on your invoice.
Location: Still Water Bay Drive, Salem, SC 29676
Driving Directions: Winning bidders must use 100 Still Water Bay Dr for Google Maps or Mapquest. This will bring you to the South Gate. Upon Arrival, give name and 207 Night Cap Lane as the address. You will then be directed to the pick-up site. Pickup is from 3 - 5pm Saturday, 7/18/20. No one will be on premises after 5:00pm. There is minimum parking available, so please be respectful of other owners property.

Special Terms

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING!!! All items will be sold at online auction only. All items sold as is, where is and ALL sales are FINAL. There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. IF BUYING FIREARMS READ THIS FIRST!! Firearm Pickup Info: FFL REQUIREMENT. Buyer is responsible for $30 transfer fee plus any other fees-including shipping to out of state vendor for pickup. Firearm will be picked up at Sharp Shooters, 1345 Rutherford Rd., Greenville SC 29609 Monday, July 20, 2020. Proof of purchase and ID to claim purchase is required. Only the purchaser can pick up the firearm. Mahalo Auctions is not responsible for items damaged in transit to shipper. Please do not leave negative feedback for shipping fees-Mahalo Auctions has no control over this. Fees are between the bidder & UPS. We do NOT charge shipping customers to transport to UPS. After delivery to shipper, all transactions from that point are between the winning bidder and the shipper. Please read all Terms and Conditions before bidding. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders immediately following each auction. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions are allowed to bid. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid immediately following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Any items remaining unpaid 24 hours after the end of the auction will be forfeited to Mahalo Auctions. We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit for shipping. Any further arrangements for items dropped off at shipper are between shipper and buyer. No chargebacks are allowed. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. Registering to bid in this auction is a binding contract. Any and all legal fees that may arise from any dispute are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Mahalo Auctions charges LOCAL CUSTOMERS ONLY a $5.00 transport fee to the UPS store. UPS will charge an additional fee for storage. Bidders will also pay any and all court fees associated with any dispute of this contract. The following rules apply to any item listed as 'Local Pickup Only' : Item must be removed from property during stated pickup day/time-anything listed as such WILL NOT be transported to the UPS store.
