You may either bid the next increment or enter a maximum bid. In the latter case, the system will only raise your bid one increment at a time to keep you in the lead, up to and including the maximum amount that you entered. Earnest money is due upon completion of the contract and will be held in the title company's trust account. 4) The Sellers chose to have a 10% Buyer's Fee applied to this sale. Ten percent of the high bid will be added to the high bid to establish the purchase price on the Offer to Purchase.
