Shipping Instructions: All items to be shipped, with the exception of firearms, will sent by The UPS Store #3018, 2801 Wade Hampton Blvd, Taylors SC. The UPS Store will charge for packing and shipping of items and they do not ship or store furniture. Shipping costs and all other fees charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer. There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. IF BUYING FIREARMS READ THIS FIRST!! Firearm Pickup Info: FFL REQUIREMENT. Buyer is responsible for $30 transfer fee plus any other fees-including shipping to out of state vendor for pickup. Firearm will be picked up at Sharp Shooters, 1345 Rutherford Rd., Greenville SC 29609 Monday, July 20, 2020. Proof of purchase and ID to claim purchase is required. Only the purchaser can pick up the firearm. Mahalo Auctions is not responsible for items damaged in transit to shipper. Please do not leave negative feedback for shipping fees-Mahalo Auctions has no control over this. Fees are between the bidder & UPS. We do NOT charge shipping customers to transport to UPS. After delivery to shipper, all transactions from that point are between the winning bidder and the shipper. Please read all Terms and Conditions before bidding. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. Registering to bid in this auction is a binding contract. Any and all legal fees that may arise from any dispute are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Mahalo Auctions charges LOCAL CUSTOMERS ONLY a $5.00 transport fee to the UPS store. UPS will charge an additional fee for storage. Bidders will also pay any and all court fees associated with any dispute of this contract.
