'Third Generation, P1941' Western style single action revolver chambered in .44-40 Winchester, manufactured in Hartford, CT circa 1988. The third generation of the SAA is characterized by a new barrel thread pitch & solid cylinder, production spans from 1976 to present. Features a bright nickel plated finish, 4 3/4" barrel with single line address, blade front sight, square notched rear sight, smooth thin trigger, knurled hammer spur, fluted six-shot cylinder, ejector rod with crescent head and two-piece ivory grips with silver Colt medallions. Matching serial numbers are found on the frame, cylinder, front strap, back strap and on both grip panels. Includes the original factory maroon cardboard box with styrofoam inserts and literature. Revolver retains nearly all of its original bright nickel plated finish with no observed wear. All sterling includes matching bolo tie, buckle, and ring all sterling made by famous Hopi artist Bernard Dawahoya. All pieces are marked with the earliest mark. Bio- Bernard Dawahoya was born in 1935 and was a member of the Snow Clan. His Hopi name was Masaqueva, which means “Wings of the Sun” and was from the Second Mesa village of Shungopavi on the Hopi Reservation in Northern Arizona. He began silver smithing in 1950 and was taught by his uncles Washington Talayumptewa and Sidney Sekakuku. He went on to teach noted jewelers Jason Takala and Anderson and Berna Koinva, his son-in-law and daughter. Bernard passed away in February of. His hallmark is the snow cloud.

Double action semi-automatic compact pistol chambered in 7.65mm Browning, manufactured in Zella-Mehlis, Thuringen, Germany circa 1933. This pistol has ties to Heinrich Himmler and is accompanied by a signed letter from Walther expert James Rankin. The letter reads “The Model PPK has two silver H H’s representing Himmler inlaid in to the left side of the slide. There is an H on each side of a SS runes within a circle also inlaid in silver on the left side of the slide.. This pistol has been in an estate for nearly 50 years.” Features a lustrous blued finish, 3.3" fixed barrel, fixed sights with blade front & ‘u’ notched rear, smooth trigger, serrated round hammer spur, manual safety/decocker on the left side of the slide, loaded chamber indicator, push button magazine release, factory 7 round magazine with Trolitan finger rest floorplate, and one-piece checkered brown/black marbled Trolitan grip with molded Walther banners. The pistol bears the marking described in Rankin’s letter and also has [crown]/”N” proofs on the barrel and slide. Pistol retains approximately 85% of its original polished blued finish showing holster wear, scattered handling marks/scratches and some pin prick pitting on the front strap. Action is crisp, the bore is semi-lustrous showing good rifling & some pitting and the synthetic grip is fine. Condition is NRA Very Good. ***C&R Firearm***

This banner was made for Post Number One in Colorado. The Banner measures 4' 5" by 4' 1/2", Almost entirely blue with gold fringe around 3 sides. Front of the banner reads "General Henry W. The Back starts with the same two first lines, State Seal of Colorado followed by "United Spanish War Veterans; Dept of Colorado. This Piece is in excellent condition with only a minor tear and one side is slightly faded. This is the one and only banner used to honor the War hero General Henry W. Lawton who achieved the rank of Major General after serving in the Civil War, and The Spanish American War. He Also received the Medal of Honor.
This banner was made for Post Number One in Colorado. The Banner measures 4' 5" by 4' 1/2", Almost entirely blue with gold fringe around 3 sides. Front of the banner read...mores "General Henry W. Inscribed double action semi-automatic compact pistol chambered in 7.65mm Browning, manufactured in Zella-Mehlis, Thuringen, Germany circa 1930. The right side of the slide is period engraved “General Felix Steiner”. Steiner was a highly decorated SS Commander during the Nazi era. He was awarded the The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords, and commanded (at varying times) the Verfügungstruppe SS Regiment Deutschland, SS Division Wiking, III SS Panzer Corps, and 11th SS Panzer Army. Pistol features a blued finish, 3.9" fixed barrel, fixed blade front sight, dovetailed rear sight with ‘u’ notch, smooth trigger, serrated round hammer spur, manual safety on the left side of the slide, loaded chamber indicator, push button magazine release, factory 8 round magazine with black synthetic finger rest floorplate, and two-piece checkered black synthetic grips with molded Walther banners. The frame & slide are stamped with [crown]/”N” proofs. Pistol retains approximately 80% of its original blued finish showing holster wear, thinning, and minor pin prick pitting.
