Features a lustrous blued finish, 24" tapered barrel, ramped blade front sight with brass bead, adjustable Williams sliding rear sight, Burris 3-9x scope installed on a one-piece Burris base, smooth trigger, alloy trigger guard with cross-bolt safety, hinged floorplate with no magazine, steel receiver, padded brown leather sling, point checkered walnut forend, and semi-pistol grip shoulder stock with factory recoil & 14” LOP. Rifle retains approximately 95% of its original blued finish showing light edge wear, some handling marks/scratches and a small amount of scattered surface rust. Action is smooth, the bore is very good, the optics are sharp and the wood stocks are good with blemishes, wear, a 1 ¾” crack extending from the butt on the right side. The barrel is stamped “MODEL 94-“, “WINCHESTER/-TRADE MARK-“, “-NICKEL STEEL -30 W.C.F.-“, “P” in an oval, intertwined “PW” in an oval and “MADE IN U.S.A. WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO./NEW HAVEN CONN.” Rifle retains approximately 25% of its blued finish showing thinned bluing on the barrel & magazine tube, and traces of finish on the receiver with the balance comprised of an aged brown patina. The hammer shows a slight alteration with a small amount of brass added near the top of the face. Three band musket, approx 41" barrel, bayonet lug, ramrod / cleaning rod, sling swivels. Bore shows light rust near muzzle, with transition to shiny bore and visible rifling towards breech. Lock appears functional with stiff operation, shows little of the pitting usually seen on antique flintlocks. Stock is clean, appears lightly cleaned / sanded, many small gouges or dents, small chipped out areas of around lock and cracks around serpentine. Light rust and moderate pitting at muzzle and front band, metal is otherwise mostly smooth, gray or brownish colored with scattered areas of shallow pitting. Front and mid bands are a bit loose. Markings include Delft cartouche on stock (GN), SRA, 1836, crown HF, ELG star, 7570, NB, P. Condition is NRA Very Good *** Antique Firearm ***

Matching serial numbers are found on the frame, trigger guard, and backstrap. The underside of the barrel is marked “v .41” near the frame. Revolver retains approximately 85% of its blued & nickel plated refinish showing holster wear and handling marks. Bio-Joni Falk realist painter of still life and landscapes, has lived in Phoenix, Arizona since 1960. She grew up in Chicago, and graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was the Southwest culture and history that compelled her to seek a full-time career in the field of art. She has become known for traditional floral still lifes, western still lifes, Pueblo or Plains Indian landscapes and Indian figures. Bore is in very good to excellent condition. Retains 95% blued finish with small spots of thin blue of bare metal at muzzle ring. Receiver and bolt assembly in the white. Wood is in excellent condition with few observed small dents and handling marks. Argentinean crest on receiver. All observed numbers match. No import marks observed. Cylinder charge holes are good condition. Metal finish is full coverage of brown patina turning to pinprick pitting, traces of blue in protected areas, bare metal showing on high spots. Grips are very good condition black Gutta Percha type, marked "Colt". Cylinder spins freely when trigger is forward. Action operates smoothly and has tight lockup with trigger to rear. Markings include trident stamp, rampant colt in circle, "USN / (anchor emblem) / 38DA" at bottom of frame. Cylinder latch and frame numbered "153". Condition is NRA Fair *** Antique Firearm ***

Features a blued finish, 6.75” heavy barrel, serrated patridge front sight, fully adjustable rear sight, installed serrated wide trigger shoe, concealed hammer, manual safety on the left side of the frame, slide catch on the right side of the frame, heel magazine release, factory 10 round magazine, steel frame with lever take-down and two-piece fancy checkered walnut grips with thumb rest on the left panel. Pistol retains approximately 85% of its original blued finish showing high point edge wear, finish loss on the grip straps, wear on the sides of the barrel and a small amount of light surface rust on right side of the frame. Action is very smooth, the bore is excellent and the wood grips are good with blemishes & small losses. Condition is NRA Good+. ***C&R Firearm***

Receiver retains most original blue, with small areas of patina or pitting, scratch marks around screw heads. Remaining metal appears originally in the white, turning an even light gray with areas turning to thin brown patina. Screw slots show damage from incorrect screwdriver use. Tang screw has slightly damaged end showing where it protrudes thru lower tang. Wood is good to very good condition with noticeable gouge on left of forend, other smaller scrapes and dings.
