The buyer acknowledges original sale documents cannot be replaced and buyer is responsible to produce original sale documents to obtain title to vehicles. In the event title cannot be procured, through no fault of the buyer, Auctioneer and, or Art's Auto Service, Inc. will credit or refund the high bidder for the amount of said vehicle purchase.
