Purchaser must send via wire transfer any and all additional funds necessary to comply with the 10% non-refundable earnest money required by the real estate auction company contract within 2 banking days following the auction. In the event of any dispute before, during, or after the auction, the auctioneer’s determination shall be conclusive and final. In the event of a tie bid, where two or more bidders believe they each have the winning bid, the auctioneer will reopen the bidding between those bidders.
