Payment Instructions: PAYMENTS: Are due on the day of the auction!!! Wire transfers are due within 1 business day. Cash only accepted on the day of the auction or the following day! Preapproved checks are accepted with a bank letter of guarantee only within 24 hrs of auction ending. Credit cards will be processed for all online buyers whose invoice is less than $1,000 at the end of business on sale day subject to all fees and taxes and no refunds will be given. Bidder/ Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions listed below: Buyer's Premium is incremental (sliding scale, compounding). 8% for the first $15,000, and 5% on remainder. All premiums are based on the onsite and cash discounts being incurred. Online buyer's fee add 3% and all balances processed on credit cards will incur an additional 4%. If payment is not received within 48 hours the buyer may be expected to pay late penalties and up to or including being reported to Proxibid for nonpayment and you will be blocked from any further bidding. -Texas Sales tax is 8.25% with TERP tax 1.5% applying to those pieces with 50 hp diesel engines, or greater (all vehicle and trailer taxes will be collected at the time of registration NOT AT THE AUCTION) All vehicles with title are subject to $25 processing fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! No refunds nor returns on sales taxes if prior notification was not give that you are claiming an exemption! All fees and charges including storage and commissions will be deducted from the sales price and the balance will be sent to them in the form of a company check mailed to their address on file.
