All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed a 15 % buyer's premium. if paying cash, your premium will be only 12% IF YOU ARE AN OUT OF STATE BIDDER AND YOUR PURCHASE IS OVER $ 500, YOUR FUNDS WILL NEED TO BE WIRED DIRECTLY INTO OUR ACCT. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED. There is also a NC sales tax fee of 7%. Your credit card will not be charged immediately following the auction. Proxibid does not provide us with your credit card info, so it is the buyers responsibility to call the auction company the next day and pay for their items. Buyers that will be picking up their items, may pay by cash or by credit card at that time. ITEMS FOR THIS SALE CAN BE PICKED UP AT AUCTION FACILITY. ITEMS NEED TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 days OF AUCTION ENDING TO INSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR ITEMS. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, ITEMS LEFT AT FACILITY FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS, WILL BE RE-SOLD IF NOT PAID FOR OR PICKED UP. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS OR RESPOND TO OUR CALLS OR EMAILS WITHIN 10 DAYS, YOU WILL BE FLAGGED AND CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY FURTHER AUCTIONS. ONCE YOU ARE FLAGGED IN ORDER TO BE UNFLAGGED WILL REQUIRE A REINSTATEMENT FEE.

Shipping Instructions: Out of state bidders need to understand that shipping is expensive, so please consider that before bidding. All packing, shipping, handling, & insurance costs to be paid by the buyer. Auction company will ship items when possible. Some items will need to be taken to The UPS Store for shipment . We will provide them with your contact info and they will contact you directly to quote your shipping fee. UPS ships items up to 150 lbs in weight. Items over 150 lbs are shipped by the UPS store using carriers specializing in shipping oversized items. HANDLING FEE: Starting today, we will be charging a small handling fee to cover our expense of handling & packing costs for items to be taken to USPS or UPS store. Fees: 1-4 items the handling fee is $7.50 if taken to USPS or the UPS store.

Most of what we sell comes from estates where the owners are deceased, so we try to describe to the best of our ability the condition of each item and provide you with numerous photos. But buyers need to understand that they are bidding on antiques or used items -NOT NEW ITEMS unless we say so .
