A 18% buyers premium will be added to every purchase. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Invoices will be charged to credit card on file immediately following auction. After 3 failed attempts at charging your credit card, your items will be resold. Also you will be reported to Proxibid and your bidding rights will be revoked. We do state any issues or defects that we know of but it is your responsibility to inspect the items. We lot 1000's of items per week, we will miss some issues.
