NO SHIPPING, all items must be picked up April 23 and 24. Buyer responsible for loading, BRING HELP FOR HEAVY AND BULKY ITEMS. This ONLINE Only Event will include the contents of the home and work shop. The home is full of antiques and collectibles.

A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be 7% sales tax charged for purchases. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card. Unpaid invoices will be reported to Proxibid Friday April 23, 2021 at 9 am eastern. Unpaid invoices will be voided at 12 pm on Friday April 23, 2021 and the items will be resold on behalf of the seller. NO EXCEPTIONS!
