Description

112 +/- Acre Farm-A 10% non-refundable deposit of the contract price will be required day of sale. Each purchaser will also be required to sign a promissory note for the full purchase price which will become null and void upon closing of the sale. These properties are being sold as is without contingencies financial or other, so please make any needed arrangements. Closing will take place on or before 30 days from the sale day. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Announcements made day of sale supersede any and all printed or verbal statements made by the property owners or the Auction company. A non-refundable 10% down the day of the sale and closing in 30 days. Letter of Bank of guarantee/ proof of funds must accompany when registering to bid on the property. The title will be provided at closing. The buyer is responsible to complete due diligence before the day of sale.
