After registering and receiving a buyers number, you are now ready to participate in the auction. No Guarantees All sales are “As Is Where Is” with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Titles Titles will NOT be made available to the purchaser on the day of the sale. The title will be mailed to the purchaser within 30 business days after the settlement. There are no titles available for items that are marked 'No Title' or 'NT'. After equipment is purchased on the auction, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up the items purchased within 2 weeks after the sale. Sales Tax All sales will be subject to South Carolina tax laws. (Misc. Items 8%) Bidding In the event of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding between those two bidders. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in best interest to the client of his seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. ALL SPECTATORS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE THERE AT THEIR OWN RISK! It is known that an auction site is potentially dangerous due to the operation of heavy equipment. Regardless of any cause, Kingstree Auction Company will not be held responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site. Risk of Loss Every effort is made to “guard” merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased immediately following his winning bid. Therefore, he is advised to further guard his items at his own discretion. Titles Additional $200 Title Fee will be charged to the buyer for each vehicle or trailer with a title.
