Items from .01 to $500 have a 12% buyer's premium which includes the internet fee. Anything over $500 is 7% which also includes the internet fee. Special Terms

All settlements are due by the conclusion of the auction. Settlements less than $10,000.00 are to be paid in full. Settlements greater than $10,000.00 require a 25% deposit on day of auction with balance paid in full within 5 days of auction. Any accounts not settled in 5 days will accrue interest and reasonable storage fees. Buyer's premium will be added to all purchases. All items must be paid in full before items can leave auction yard.
