Automatic Receiving Teller - Postage Stamp

Lot # 1011 (Sale Order: 9 of 1042)

Coin Operated Automatic Receiving Teller - American Banking Machine Corp. Appears to be made of steel. It is an old savings stamp vending machine made by American Banking...more Machine Corp. of Saginaw, Michigan. They made these machines from 1910 to 1919. It has insertion slots for pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters. You place a coin in the slot, push in the plunger and it would dispense a stamp in that denomination. Each coin slot has a reel type mechanism to hold a roll of stamps. The coins were stored in steel tubes behind the locked front panel. These tubes were removable so they could be emptied. It is designed to be hung from the wall or sit on a counter. It measures approximately 12 3/4" X 6 1/4" and 13 1/2" high. Has quite a bit of weight to it. Comes with lock and key. Overall good used condition scuffs and scratches from use, but no glaring cosmetic damage. Untested.

Seeburg Digital Consolette Wall Mount Jukebox

Lot # 1012 (Sale Order: 10 of 1042)

This unit is in used condition. It is a Seeburg Dec-3 (1973-84) with black finish. The jukebox is coin operated and takes quarters. There is some corrosion on the metal e...morexterior. Some dings and scratches as well. All the electronics appear to be there on the inside though it has not been tested. It is missing the song menu for the front glass and the contraption that houses the music selections and the side reel that allows you to scroll through the selections, but it does have a key and an extra insert for the exterior selection screen above the soft and loud buttons. This is an interesting piece that shows the technological advancement of music and how people were able to consume it at the time. See photos. Measures 16" x13.5"x5".
