Bunach Auctioneering Company believes to be representing the items correctly and honestly. All Bikes are sold to be as-is. Miles are stated in the description to be what are shown on the odometer. We have included title information in some instances to support the fact that we "believe the miles to be accurate". All vehicles are sold to be TMU (True miles unknown). Seller stated that "all bikes will run out fine". In some instances due to storage there may be some initial oil usage. All information that Bunach Auctioneering Company knows about these bikes is being conveyed to the seller. It is recomended that if a buyer is concerned about title history or bike history that the buyer do a "Car Fax" type searce to verify that the information being given is correct. Please listen to announcements during the auction. If a fault is found during the auction we will announce that issue prior to selling the bike. These bikes have been open for Public inspection on three occasions prior to the auction and as of this time "No adverse material facts" about their condition have been found. Bunach Auctioneering Company is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bunach Auctioneering Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bunach Auctioneering Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
