If a buyer does buy a larger item, the item, at the discretion of the in-house shipping manager, will be taken to a third-party shipper, UPS or FEDEX store, for packing and shipping. Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to charge a handling fee, not to exceed $25 per item and based on size, for delivery to the third-party shipper. The Packing and Shipping Fees are then between the BUYER and the third-party shipper. The BUYER assumes ALL risk of loss, upon delivery to the third-party shipper.
