Special Terms
*The domains in this Auction are being offered by the Auctioneer as an agent for the seller governed by the terms and conditions listed below.
*Payment will be through PayPal only. Live Domain Auctioneers LLC. will email successful bidders an invoice via PayPal for payment. PayPal allows you to make a payment with your credit card even if you don't have an account with them. All funds must be received within 72hrs. of completed Auction. If full payment is not completed within 72hrs. Live Domain Auctioneers LLC. reserves the right to charge your credit card for the total purchase price. All sales are final. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he or she make a chargeback on their credit card in relation to their purchases. Domain transfers will not be initiated until all funds have cleared. Remember, a 10% Internet Buyer's Premium will be added to your bid price to arrive at the total puchase price.
*Unless otherwise noted, all domain registrations will be at least 60 days old and are Registered with Dynadot. This gives the buyer the option to either "push" the domain into a Dynadot account or request a complete Registrar "transfer". Please provide L.D.A. immediately with your Dynadot username and email address for a "push" or request a "transfer" code. L.D.A. will initiate the change of ownership process within 3 business days of completed payment and transfer instructions from the buyer. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide their preferred transfer details to Live Domain Auctioneers LLC.
*Domains that have less than 6 months of Registration remaining, will be noted as such in the catalog.
*The domains in this Auction are offered for the name only. They do not include websites, blogs, etc. unless specified in the catalog.
*Though all descriptions and commentary are believed to be correct, neither Auctioneer nor seller make any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the virtual property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition etc.
*Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any domain before or during the Auction.
*Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the items sold hereunder, and shall defend, indemnify, and save harmless seller and Auctioneer from any liability.
*All announcements or revisions made the day of the Auction take precedence over any and all written materials.
*Live Domain Auctioneers LLC. has made every effort to provide the buyer with accurate item descriptions, however, it is the buyer's ultimate responsibility to determine condition, etc. All stats and estimates of appraised value are for general approximations only and in no way should be considered to be exact.
*Online Bidders acknowledge and understand that the online service may not function correctly the day of the Auction. Live Domain Auctioneers LLC. will not be held liable for any claims against them or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live Auction. Live Domain Auctioneers LLC. will not be held responsible for any missed bids while participating in the online Auction.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD, "AS IS, WHERE IS" The Buyer agrees that all payment disputes will be negotiatied between Live Domain Auctioneers LLC. and the buyer. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he or she make a chargeback on their credit card in relation to their purchases.
*If the foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, the Auctioneer, at his option may (1) resell the property publicly or privately, with the purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred , or (2) cancel the sale, retaining all liquidated damages on all payments made by purchaser, Auctioneer commission and all other incidental damages will be charged.
*A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made him or herself acquainted with these terms and conditions of the Auction and has agreed to be bound by them.
