Payment Instructions: Complete payments within 3 business day following the auction by bank wire or cashiers or check accompanied by a bank letter. Any item over $5000 will need a bank letter from your bank for item to be released at loadout if paying by check. We do accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American express) and there is a 2.5% added convienence fee to the invoice for credit card payments . Graham Auctioneers does not have access to the credit card used at signup on proxibid. Tax exempt buyers must furnish a copy of their sales tax permit. BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES: All items are sold as is, where is with no guaranties, or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. The item will be considered sold without any exceptions upon the final gavel by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. Buy on your own inspection.
