Terms and Conditions: Auction terms and conditions all accounts must be settled at the conclusions of the auction. Fordyce Auction Service will accept payment at the time of the pick up with with receipt in hand. A receipt will be emailed to the email on file. Titled vehicles: Title will not be released until checks clear the bank. We accept cash, check, money order and wire transfer. Wire transfer fees may apply. Bank letter head of approval required for checks in the amount of $10,000 or more. All items are sold "as-is, where is". There is no warranties implied or given. Please reference pictures or personally inspect items for condition of lots being sold. You may contact the individual listed on item description to personally inspect items by appointment. Fordyce Auction service provides as much information that was available to us. Announcements made on sale day take precedent over any previous print or oral statements.
