Extortionary Colt Single Action Army in 32 Colt Caliber
Manufactured in 1907 and shipped to Western Movie Star William Hart. 7.5 inch barrel, blue finish and case harden frame, original ivory grips, single blade front sight, extremely rare fine in 32 Colt Caliber with only 192 first generation single action army guns produced. the rarely of caliber and added notoriety of being owned by William Hart makes this a true one of a kind Colt Revolver and would be a highlight to any collection. Finish is excellent retaining almost all with light silvering to muzzle. Its a accompanied by a factory Colt letter and presented in a velvet lined wood box. Serial Number 295946.
Collector grade S & W Model 3 Target 38-44 Caliber
Manufactured in 1892 and delivered to Hartley and Graham in New York City, has a 6.5 inch barrel, adjustable rear target sight, blue finish and checkered S & W grips. Total production of only 4333 Revolvers made. Single action frame This example retains almost all of its finish and its a collector grade throughout. Extortionary Master Engraved Colt SAA Screwless Frame 45 Colt
Extraordinary Master Engraved Colt SAA Screw Less Frame 45 Colt; rare Colt with a 7.5-inch barrel; this documented revolver was master engraved and inlaid by known Colt engraver Ken Hurst; not only was the revolver engraved by Mr. Hurst, but this was also one of his personal guns that he engraved for himself; the engraving on this Colt is full D coverage scroll and includes several inlays in 24 K gold, fine silver, and pure copper; it has a rich full royal blue; on left side of the frame in 24K gold was Mr. Hursts native state of North Carolina; the roll area in front of cylinder on left side of frame is inlay depicting a set of engravers hand tools inlay in silver and copper; on loading gate, there is an inlay of a Confederate flag in 24K gold and copper representing Mr. Hursts love an allegiance to the South; on right side of frame, there is another inlay in 24K gold and copper depicting Mr. Hurst favorite rifle, the Winchester Low Wall; on top of backstrap, there is an inlay in 24K gold of the famous serpentine Colt; further down the backstrap is another 24K gold of Mr. Hurst signature; on bottom of backstrap, 24K gold inlay of Mr. Hurst birthdate; on rear of barrel and cylinder, are wide gold inlay bands in a running wheat pattern; Mr. Hurst engraved his name K. Hurst above the serial number on the bottom of the frame; grips are made of genuine African Elephant ivory in a one piece configuration, checkered in fleur de lis pattern; firearm remains in near perfect unturned, unfired condition; this Colt is truly one of the finest master engraved and inlaid pieces of its time and would be the centerpiece of any Colt collection; SN#SA11439; comes with letters from Mr. Hurst and Jim Alaimo; comes in velvet lined wood presentation box
