This auction has a two minute Auto Extension. Any bids received in the last two minutes of the closing time will auto extend the lot an additional two minutes. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 13% buyer's premium will be charged for each lot purchased. HANDLING FEE: An Additional 3% handling fee is in effect. A discount of 3% will be applied for each account paid for by cash, cashier’s check, check with Bank Letter of Guarantee, or wire transfer. SALES TAX: Virginia Sales Tax is 5%. Untitled items will be taxed. Sales tax will not be collected on all titled items. Buyer may be subject to the payment of sales tax at time of purchase instead of at time of registration if state of residence is one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, ME, MI, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SC, TN and WA. Licensed dealers must submit tax exempt/resale certificate otherwise sales tax will be invoiced for the states listed above. TITLES: Titles available (10) business days after payment is received. Dominion Virginia Power titles available 10-20 business days from date of payment ($25 title processing fee charged per title. Flat $15 title shipping fee per buyer - no shipping charge if title(s) is picked up at sale site). MOTLEY'S PAYMENT TERMS: A 25% or $1000 Deposit is due day of sale. Payment in full is due by Monday Feb. 1st NO EXCEPTIONS! There is a $75/day Late Payment Fee if the outstanding balance is not paid for in full by the close of business on the Monday following the sale. Payment is accepted by Cash (Cash Payments Accepted Sale Day Only), Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer, or Visa/MasterCard. No personal or business checks accepted without Bank Letter of Guarantee on Original Bank Letterhead (see sample below). If no contact is made by the buyer by the close of business on Monday, February 1st, we will automatically process the payment on the credit card that was provided at registration.
