Payment Instructions: All Items must be paid for the day of the auction by wire transfer. no exceptions. Contact Cain Auctions for wiring information prior to the auction. There will be a 12% buyers premium on the first $2500 and 3% on the remaining balance. Items must be removed within 7 days of the close of the auction or they will be transferred to a storage facility and the buyer will be responsible for the freight and storage.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer responsible for shipping. Auction location is 1900 Taylor Loop Road, Searcy, AR 72143. Items must removed by Friday March 12 at 5:00 pm or they will be moved to a secure location and buyer will be charged freight and storage.
Preview Date & Times: March 2nd and 3rd from 8 to 5.
Checkout Date & Times: All Purchases must be removed by Friday, March 12th. We will not load items on Sundays or after 5:00 pm. Items must removed by Friday March 12 at 5:00 pm or they will be moved to a secure location and buyer will be charged freight and storage.

Driving Directions: Located 50 miles Northeast of Little Rock, AR on Highway 67. Take Exit 45 in Searcy. The site location is right off the exit ramp.

All items must be paid for the day of the sale in US Funds. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
