Online Bidding Terms: 1. Every items has been described by Mike Peterson Auctioneers to the best of our ability. We have tried in good faith to offer an honest opinion of the condition, age, etc of every item and have included pictures for each item which should be considered a major part of the description for each item. All items are sold 'as-is'. There is a 15% Buyers Premium for all online bidders which will be added to the total purchases upon checkout. All accounts will be settled upon completion of the auction. For Non-Titled Items, The Invoice Amount will be charged to the Credit Card registered for the auction. For All Titled Vehicles & Trailers, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your Credit Card on File, with Balance Due prior to removal of items. Accepted forms of payment include Bank Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Overnighted Cashiers Check on Next Business Day. No Charges will be made on your card until purchases have been made. 2. Live Auctions tend to move quickly so bid early if you are interested in an item. Mike Peterson Auctioneers is not responsible for missed bids and Auctioneer holds final discretion in determining the winning bidder/purchaser of each item. 3. All Sales are final and All announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed material and previous statements. 4. Shipping is never offered on Titled Vehicles, Trailers or other Large Equipment. Removal or Freight Arrangements for these items are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping is offered for all other general items unless otherwise stated in that items description. Items listed as 'Freight Only' will be arranged through Craters & Freighters with the buyers input.
