Payment Instructions: With-in 24 hours of the auction closing time, I will charge the credit card on file. For local buyers or buyers that want to pick up their items, paying upon receipt is fine. Cash & checks are accepted. Make checks payable to: MIDWEST ASSET RECOVERY, LLC or M.A.R. llc. Items being shipped, you will charge a second time for the shipping & handling fees. I am working towards only one charge made to include purchase, shipping & handling. With the auctions now ending at 10:00 am, this should become the norm. WE PACKAGED IN-HOUSE. MOST ITEMS ARE SHIIPPED USPS PARCEL POST, NOT INSURED OR WITH TRACKING, IF YOU WISH OTHERWISE, SEND A NOTE PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE. I copy & paste your mailing address right from PROXIBID, if the address you have listed is not correct & it is retuned to me. Shipping charges will be charged again. HANDLING FEES: On purchases shipped in a 6x6x6 or smaller box - you will be charged the actual cost of shipping, plus $2.50 handling fee for the first lot. For each other, lot won & included in the same box a $0.50 handling fee will be added. FOR COINS & JEWELRY: $2.50 & $0.10 FOR EACH OTHER LOT WON (single item lots -muliple item or large lots - standard fees will be applied). Boxes 7x7x7 to 11x11x11 - actual shipping plus $5.00 & $0.50 for each other lot. Over 12x12x12-actual shipping plus $5.00 plus $1.00 for each other lot. Handling fees for very large items, will be adjusted for time & materials. This is a fair & consistent method for both you & my company; I can only hope you agree.
