Payment Instructions: Normally with-in 24 hours of the auction close I will charge you credit card that is on file with PROXIBID for the purchase price. Exceptions to this are for local buyers who wish to pay upon pick-up. If you a first time area buyer please send a note telling me that you would like to pay upon pick-up. Please make checks out to” Midwest Asset Recovery, llc or MAR. llc. or bring the exact amount of cash. For out of area buyers, I will charge your credit card for shipping once I get it packaged. This can take several days. I am working to improve procedures to speed all aspects of the business up. So, if it seems to take a while, please note ‘I am trying’.

Shipping Instructions: All items are packed in-house. I do charge a sevice fee above the actual postage. Minimum fee is $2.50 for the first or only item. Very few packages are ever charged over $10.00 above auctual postage. If you are the winning bidder on 5 items that fit into a 6x6x6 box, expect to pay postage plus $3.50. 10 items - 4.75. When packages are exceeding 6x6x6 to 12x12x12 $2.50 plus 50 cents for each item. Boxes or packages over 12x12x12 $5.00 to $10.00 over actual postage. Single lot coins & jewelry auctions: Actual postage & 20 cents for each item. Not to exceed $10.00 total shipping costs. This is for USA shipping. I have no problem to shipping overseas. If you are bidding on several auctions, contact me - I will try to combine the sales.
Preview Date & Times: Most items are here at the auction house, guns coins & jewelry is not kept in-house, you may come out & look at the items being offered. I am at the auction house just about everyday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Call or email before coming out if you want.
Checkout Date & Times: Most anytime, but please pick-up soon after the auction ends.

Driving Directions: Check out the map. But we are located across the highway from KTTC studio and just south of the Rainbow Play Systems.
