A valid credit card is required upon registration. It is used for verification purposes only unless we are otherwise notified by the buyer to charge the valid credit card for purchases . Accepted forms of payment for this auction are: Wire Transfer, Certified Check (overnighted) or Credit Card (3% Convenience Fee) There is a $15.00 wire transfer fee (in addition to what your finacial institution may charge). There is a $5.00 Notary Fee on items that require a bill of sale (i.e. vehicles, boats, trailers).

Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all removal, shipping & handling costs. Ground Shipping: WE SHIP VIA FEDEX! There will be a $5 - $10 Handling fee per box. This is determined by the materials & labor required in preparing each box for proper shipping & safe arrival. We do not have any control over the shipping charges that are assessed. Freight Shipping: We DO NOT Crate items for freight shipping. We will only palletize items that will fit on a pallet. Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and fees that are incurred for items that require freight shipping. **If you are unsure whether an item is small enough for ground shipping or if it will be classified as freight or can be palletized, please call us before bidding on such items.**

Driving Directions: From I-59 North/South - Take Mississippi Exit #4 (Kiln/Picayune exit), exit off onto Hwy 43 S (towards Kiln), travel approximately 12 miles, our facility is located on the right hand side of the road. From I-10 East/West - Take Exit #13 (Bay St. Louis/Kiln exit), exit off onto Hwy 603 North (towards Kiln/Picayune), continue 6 miles, turn left at the Hwy 43/Hwy 603 junction, Travel 6 miles on Hwy 43 S, our facility is located on the left hand side of the road directly after Cuevas Tractor

Special Terms

In placing a bid, I (bidder) understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that I have entered into a contract with Cuevas Auction. I agree to pay for all merchandise purchased and all taxes that may apply. I will be charged a buyers premium of 10% on the first $2500.00 and 1% thereafter, per item. I further understand that in addition to this Buyer's Premium I will also be charged a 2% Proxibid Internet Buyer's Fee per item. I understand that I must pay in full within 48hours of the end of sale. I further understand that if I do not pay within 48 hours, I will become liable for any and all expenses incurred by Cuevas Auction and the consignor of the said merchandise purchased by me. I further understand that Cuevas Auction cannot be held responsible or liable for any warranties, disclaimants, or liabilities written or implied.
