Payment Instructions: Normally with-in 24 hours of the auction close I will charge you credit card that is on file with PROXIBID for the purchase price. Exceptions to this are for local buyers who wish to pay upon pick-up. If you a first time area buyer please send a note telling me that you would like to pay upon pick-up. Please make checks out to” Midwest Asset Recovery, llc or MAR. llc. or bring the exact amount of cash. For out of area buyers, I will charge your credit card for shipping once I get it packaged. This can take several days. I am working to improve procedures to speed all aspects of my business. But with the exception of little help, i do most everything on my own I do get burried once in a while

Shipping Instructions: All items are packaged in-house, by me. I try to packaged with low cost in mind. I do not insure packages or buy tracking unless requested. I package everything based on breakabilty. I DO NOT LIKE CHARGING YOU MORE THAN I HAVE TO. My service fee is normally between $2.50 & $5.00 above USPS Parcel Post or 1st. Class Mail. Single small items a little less, large items or large orders more. rarely would I ever charge over $10.00 for a service fee. If you want packing store service & prices, I can provide it. Larger boxes, lots of needless packing material, insurance & tracking. Just let be known, the the cost will be passed on to you. I am looking out for you, keeping shipping cost down is very important to me.
Preview Date & Times: Most items are at my office, you may come out & inspect them. I am in most everyday. If driving a distance, you may want to call me first to ensure I will be here. Guns are not kepted in-house Coins & fine jewelry are placed in my safe.
Checkout Date & Times: Most anytime, but please pick-up soon after the auction ends.
Location: 437 37th. St. NE, Rochester, MN 55906
Driving Directions: I am located just east of the PARADISE COFFEE SHOP on 3th. St. NE - yes NE. Energy Products, a State Farm Insurance Office are on the front side of the building. I am on the north & west side of the building.
