Payment Instructions: If cash or a federal wire is used, guns are available for immediate pick up or shipment. Credit Cards will be accepted and an additional 3% handling fee will be charged on the final invoice. Guns are available for immediate pick up or shipment with credit card payments as well. Payment by check will require the an approx 10 day business day hold on the gun before it will be allowed for pickup or shipment. A valid driver's license or other picture id will be required for verification when picking up merchandise. It will be understood and agreed that each item is sold as is, where is, with NO warranty written or implied. It is also understood that if I fail to provide payment for a given item at close of auction, Hertzog Auction will take appropriate legal steps to recover its costs or to enforce the contract of sale with all cost associated with this process to be paid by the bidder. Note: a 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price to arrive the total contract purchase price to be paid by the buyers in addition to the 3 percent handling fee if a credit card is used. If you prefer, guns can to be picked up in Greenwood, Mo in person. Arrangements can be made for out of state shipments. If the gun is going out of state and being shipped, it will be required to be transferred between a Missouri Dealer with a Federal Firearm License and a Federal Firearm License dealer in your state. Processing charges for this will be determined at time of shipment. Bidding Hertzog Auction may auction items at a rate of 130+ lots per hour. Periodically, the Proxibid applet or the internet connection may not keep pace with the auction. We recommend that you place a realistic absentee bid now to help in these instances. The auctioneer may reject an online or live bid or may reopen a lot after the close of bidding. By bidding at this auction either live or online, you agree that the auctioneer shall have final say in all disputes including but not limited to tie bids. Addition or Deletion From Sale: Hertzog Auction Inc. reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed, to sell at this auction items not listed, to group or subdivide lots. Bidders are urged to inspect property/merchandise prior to bidding.
