You must contact us within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction about your arrangements for LARGE Items. They will be held for a maximum of 15 days. If we have not heard from you within this period, your items are subject to being re-sold in the next available auction. A local shipper is available to make your shipping arrangements. If you have questions about a Lot, please contact the Auction Company at least 5 days before the auction. We will be happy to provide you with information. If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase plus a 18% Buyer’s Premium for all Internet bids. We accept MasterCard or Visa as forms of payments. All Items are sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Resettlers Antique Mall & Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
