Payment in full is required at the conclusion of the auction in the form of cash, cashier's check, good personal or company check accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee, Visa, Mastercard, or wire transfer. Note: Credit Cards may be used for online purchases ONLY. Credit card on file will be automatically charged at the completion of the auction unless notified. Sales tax will be charged on all applicable purchases at 7%. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer has the sales tax number and signs the sales tax exemption form. When an item is declared Sold, responsibility for securing the items passes to the purchaser. The auctioneer accepts no responsibility for any item lost, stolen, or left on the premises. Please make arrangements to secure all purchases. All bidders must have a paid invoice during their load out. Rowell personel will be onsite to assist with loadout on Thursday October 14th and Friday October 15th. All equipment and personalty must be removed from the real estate by October 15, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Vehicle titles on all vehicles requiring titles will be mailed to purchaser within 14 days after the auction.
