Terms of Sale: Please read the Terms and Conditions of the Sale before bidding with Paige Auction. Anyone who bids is bound by these Terms and Conditions of the Sale, Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed matter or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the high bidder (purchaser), Paige Auction and the seller (consignor) of the lot. There is no charge for Registration, if you are new to Paige Auction a major credit card or cash deposit may be required to register. When bidding on any lot offered by Paige Auction, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale: Payment: Cash, VISA / MasterCard or Check. Personal or Company checks are accepted if you are known to us. All purchases must be paid for in full before they can be removed from premises. All payments are due within 10 days after the auction. Bidders that have not paid by the 10th day following the auction will have there credit cards charged for the full amount. A buyers premium will be added to the bid prices and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. Buyers Premium: At Auction Cash or Check 10% Credit Card 13% Internet Bidding Credit Card 17% Condition of Items: Paige Auction GUARANTEES ALL LOTS TO BE AUTHENTIC and makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered at our sales, however all items for sale are “as is,” and it is the bidders responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Since all sales are final please verify our descriptions and carefully view the property at a preview before you bid. Paige Auction will not be held responsible for typographical errors. All items will be available for preview three (3) Days prior to the auction. Bid Increments: $0 - $100 ............$5 (Increment) $100 - $250 ..........$10 " $250 - $500 ..........$25 " $500 - $1,000 .......$50 " $1,000 - $2,000 .......$100 " $2,000 - $5,000 .......$250 " $5,000. + Auctioneers discretion Reserves: Lots in the Catalog may be subject to a moderate reserve (a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not ordinarily be sold). Items with a reserve will be marked with an asterisk (*). All lots will have a minimum opening bid Rights & Responsibilities: The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence. Paige Auction and its representatives reserve the right to remove those attendees who impede the previews and/or the auction. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. No lot may be transferred to another buyer.
