Important Announcements: We are now accepting prebids up until the time of auction on March 12, 2010 at 10am. We will then go LIVE for simultaneous bidding!

Payment Instructions: Payment must be made following auction close. Internet bidders must pay with credit card (Mastercard, Discover or Visa) or bank to bank wire transfer. On-sight bidders can also pay with cash or check with a bank letter of guaranty.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will offer a quote for shipping items to a designated location, but in no way will be held responsible for items once they leave our location. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL holder and we require a signed copy of the FFL to ship. Pick up of items will be allowed at a designated time and location. For items being picked up in person, they must be paid for by CASH. Handguns can only be picked up by in-state residents. Out of state buyers must provide an FFL in your home state to ship to.
Preview Date & Times: Preview for items will be 9:00pm- 10:00am EST Day of Auction, March 12, 2011. Please note - firearms are not stored at this location and will only be at auction location the day of the event. All firearms are properly stored in a gun vault.
Checkout Date & Times: Checkout will be available at auction conclusion. At that time, all firearm purchasers must complete ATF Form 4473 for transfers UNLESS purchaser is an FFL Licensee, and must have signed copy of license for transfer.

This is an auction and all sales are final. No warranty is either expressed, written or implied. We try to list these items as accurately as we can however we are not experts on all the items we sell. We offer an on-sight preview the day of auction. For those items that we sell new, if any warranty exists its between you and the manufacturer. Should you not agree with our terms, please don't bid because you will be held to them. Terms for firearm auctions are as follows: Do Not Bid on firearms or ammunition unless you can legally own them. We will do NICS checks on-sight for all purchasers that pickup items locally. For those being shipped, your local FFL will do the NICS check. If an item is purchased by an individual that can not legally possess the item due to Federal, State, or municipality regulations, payment in full is still required & we will accept the individual as a consigner for the item to be resold at a later date in one of our upcoming auctions. In this case you will at no time take possession of the item. You are required to be aware of all laws governing your ability to purchase them prior to bidding.
