All payments must be made in U.S. Funds to Braden auction Services by Visa, MasterCard, American Express. and Discover. Payment is due immediately upon notification of winning bids Without Exception. 3. All items sold are subject to Texas Sales Tax at a rate of 8.25% unless a tax exemption certificate is furnished with payment. 4. Packing, shipping, and insurance costs are NOT included as part of the purchase price. All items will be taken to the local UPS Store. If you would like it shipped by another carrier please contact us with details. The cost of shipping will be then added to the credit card on file. WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO SHIP LARGE FURNITURE. WE WILL HOLD IT(UP TO 30 DAYS) FOR YOU TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. 5. Although every effort has been made to accurately describe each item, Braden Auction makes no actual guarantee as to age, size, authenticity, or restoration. In the event of any discrepancy of description, Braden Auctions may elect, at our sole discretion, to allow the return of certain items. In no case will Braden Auctions ever be liable for more than the purchase price plus shipping costs. Any return must be arranged within 5 days of the receipt of merchandise, and must be in our possession within 30 days from the date of the auction. 6. Unless stated on an individual lot, all items will be sold without minimums or reserves.
