Shipping Instructions: All items will be shipped via USPS with insurance & signiture confirmation. Actual shipping will be charged, plus a minimal amount for packing materials. Continental US Residents ONLY. We are not licensed to and will not export firearms! All items sold on strict cash terms and on an AS-IS and Where-IS Basis with no returns. We are not experts on every type of firearm and the final inspection is ultimately the purchaser’s responsibility. If the purchaser or a third party on behalf of the purchaser would like to inspect the items, we are more than happy to accommodate them. We have multiple pictures of all items, so please inspect them closely and ask questions ahead of time. All purchasers MUST send us an FFL (or C&R on applicable guns) to have there guns shipped to them, regardless of your states rules and regulations. The only exceptions to this rule are Black Powders & BB Guns. We are a Federally licensed Firearm Dealer and ALL FEDERAL REGULATIONS APPLY. All firearms will be shipped within 10 business days after receiving FFL & Payment. Please ask first with any and all questions, it is easier to deal with it ahead of time vs. later. Goeman Auction Service is not responsible for lost or poor internet connection or malfunction of any kind that may hinder your ability to purchase items online.
