Payment Instructions: All online purchases are to be paid by wire transfer,check or cash in person, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Any wire transfer fees are to be paid by the Buyer. Payment must be made in U.S. Funds. Payment is due within 48 hours of invoicing. Please contact auction company for wire transfer information. Equipment must be paid in full and the Auction Company received the funds before any equipment will be released. NO EXCEPTIONS! Internet Buyers agree to pay a 3% taxable online Buyers Premium on all purchases over $500.00 and 8% under $499.00 to the auction company. Sales Tax will be charged unless you can provide us with a copy of a resale exemption certificate. (for auto dealers, a copy of current automobile dealer license also). Failure to provide these will result in payment of sales tax. Tax rates as follows: Farm/Construction: None (If being used for Agriculture use. Buyer must sign an Ag exemption form) Autos: FL.
